CAJUN STYLE CHICKEN WINGS





3 lbs. chicken wings


1 bottle cajun barbecue sauce


1 green pepper, sliced


1 tbsp. red pepper


1/3 c. beer


1/2 c. sliced onions


1/2 c. mushroom pieces


1 tbsp. vinegar


1/8 tsp. garlic salt


Dash Tabasco sauce





Place chicken in a deep casserole dish. Combine cajun sauce, beer, vinegar and garlic salt and Tabasco marinate. Combine peppers, mushrooms and onions on top of chicken wings. Sprinkle with red pepper. Cover and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
