here's a pretty simple one....2 gallons of water...add two bags of crab boil(get it at any grocery store) and 2 lemons..bring to a boil...add 6 red potatoes...3 onions.....6 ears of corn....bring to a boil and cook till potatoes are almost done...add 5 lbs crawfish(after picking out the dead ones) and cook for 5 more minutes...potatoes and corn will be spicy...then suck the heads and eat the tails....enjoy!!!!oh yeah....must either have sweet tea or ice cold beer or it wont be authentic!!!!!Does anyone have a good Louisiana cajun crawfish recipe?
