i like the cajun chicken pasta from chili's and i want to know how to make it at home. anyone work at chili's that can help me out or anyone have a good recipie for it?I need a recipe for cajun chicken pasta the was chili's makes it.?
CHILI'S GRILLED CHICKEN PASTA
2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
2 T. butter or margarine
1 to 2 C. heavy cream
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
4 oz. linguine or fettuccine, cooked and drained
Grated Parmesan cheese, optional
Place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a bowl or resealable plastic bag; toss or shake to coat. In a large skillet over medium heat, saut茅 chicken in butter until almost tender, about 5-7 minutes. Reduce heat. Add cream and seasoning; heat through. Add pasta and toss; heat through. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese if desired. This is a sort of creamy one, but I think it sounds good.
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
4 ounces linguine, cooked al dente
2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons butter
1 thinly sliced green onion
1-2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a bowl and toss to coat.
In a large skillet over medium heat, saut茅 chicken in butter or margarine until chicken is tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Reduce heat add green onion, heavy cream, tomatoes, basil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper and heat through.
Pour over hot linguine and toss,with Parmesan cheese.

******CREAMY CAJUN CHICKEN %26amp; PASTA
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. butter
12 oz. cubed chicken breast
1 tbsp. Cajun Poultry Magic
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1 c. heavy cream
12 oz. cooked spaghetti
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Parmesan cheese
Or 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 1/4 teaspoon each of onion powder, sage, black and white pepper and a pinch of red pepper.
Cook garlic in butter in 12'; skillet over medium high heat for 30 seconds. Stir in chicken and seasoning mix until lightly browned (3 minutes). Stir in green onions and cook 1 minute more. Add cream and increase heat to high and boil until slightly thickened, 2 minutes. Combine chicken spaghetti and parsley. Top with Parmesan cheese.
The Recipe

8 slices red bell pepper
8 slices green bell pepper
4 large mushrooms, sliced
1 green onion, chopped
1 to 2 cups heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 ounces linguine, cooked and drained
grated Parmesan cheese for topping
1 Place the chicken and the Cajun seasoning in a plastic bag. Shake to coat. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute the chicken in butter or margarine until almost tender (5 to 7 minutes).
2 Add the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, mushrooms and green onion. Saute and stir for 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce heat.
3 Add the cream, basil, lemon pepper, salt, garlic powder and ground black pepper. Heat through. Add the cooked linguine, toss and heat
through. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
And then finally eat it!!!... yummy!
